Just a quick note to say thank you for the speedy and safe delivery of the young oak. The address was rather remote but clearly didn't cause a problem to your courier. The tree itself was in perfect condition and now stands proud over the townsland of XXXXXX It was planted in memory of my brother for whom we gathered at 'month's mind', and all who went before him out of that place, but who's hearts remained true. We felt that the oak would be an apt depiction of a strong and enduring family. Thank you for your efficiency, it made our little gathering easier.

A top class service and a great alternative gift idea.
You should consider having a client / customer testimonial section on your website because if my experience is anything to go by I am sure you receive lots of nice thank you comments.
